Processing & Tracking
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–8 business days after payment confirmation depending on which shipping option was selected.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Shipping Options & Rates (Within Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days.FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. $12 flat rate for orders under $100 AUD
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.Available for $16 AUD
Important Shipping Notes
- Delivery Delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods. Blush & Bloom Luxury Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once orders have been dispatched.
- Address Restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Refund Policy
At Blush & Bloom Luxury Skincare, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us.
Change of Mind
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on opened or used skincare products.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@blushandbloomluxuryskincare.com.au.

- Clear photos of the issue
Return & Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, you must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Blush & Bloom Luxury Skincare reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions. If approved, eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
